Design for Crowdsourced Policy-Making

How should crowdsourcing be deployed in policymaking? We developed five design principles, which give a framework for designing, implementing and analyzing crowdsourced policymaking processes. The principles are transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, modularity and synthesis.
